Users must maintain respectful behaviour toward all other players and staff members. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, impersonation, threats, trolling, or intentional attempts to provoke negative reactions are strictly prohibited. Repeated toxic behaviour may lead to progressive punishments including permanent removal.
IceSMP is intended to be a safe and enjoyable environment. Actions that reduce community quality may result in moderation intervention even if not explicitly listed.
Uploading, sharing links in chat/dms/any way or shape/form is considered a violation. Sharing, or linking any NSFW material, explicit imagery, sexual references, illegal content, disturbing visuals, hate speech, extremist propaganda, or graphic violence is strictly forbidden. This applies to chats, discord and other social media profiles, posts, images, external links, minecraft skins, minecraft/any names and all other things.
Users attempting to bypass or ignore warnings and rules through encoded links, repeated warnings, disguised URLs, or indirect references will still be considered in violation and will be punished even without any warnings.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their Minecraft username, authentication password, and website session access. IceSMP staffs will never request passwords or private credentials
If suspicious activity is detected, temporary restrictions may be applied to protect the integrity of the community.
IceSMP operates using offline-mode compatibility. Authentication relies on login-based password systems rather than official Mojang's online mode verification. Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cracked server environments, including impersonation risks if password is poor. Kindly do not use any password which is related to your real account or carries any risk.
Using macros, packet modification tools, cheat clients, duplication exploits, or unintended mechanics to gain advantages, rankings, in-game currencies/wealth, virtual loot, real life cash, etc is prohibited.
Attempting to stress-test or test the anticheat/moderation system may result in immediate ban without any warning.
Using of any 3rd party softwares/mods/anything that modifies anything from client side which lets you gain unfair advantage is considered cheats and will violate the regulations.
Users may use automated tools or afk with high limitations and may receive warnings.
All virtual currencies, ranks, rewards, passes, perks, ranks, and shop items have NO real-world value. IceSMP reserves the right to adjust balances, reset progress, remove items, or redesign economy structures at any time.
IceSMP does not and will never sell/leak personal user data. However, basic technical information such as IP address, activity timestamps, chat logs, and behaviour may be stored for moderation, security analysis, and abuse prevention for a short amount of time before being wiped.

The IceSMP may experience downtime, maintenance interruptions, data loss and resets, feature removals, or server/features redesigns. Users agree that uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
IceSMP shall not be held responsible for any data loss, loss of in game loot/money.
IceSMP staff reserve full authority to issue warnings, mute users, restrict features, suspend access, or permanently delete accounts when rule violations are confirmed or when behaviour is deemed harmful to the community. We reserve the full rights to your account and can punish you without any warning at any reason, shape or form.

IceSMP shall NOT be held responsible for player related verbal abuse/toxicity, loss of virtual items/in game money, loss of progress, gameplay interruptions, or damages arising from any shape or form.
